Good price for what it is. Citizen’s Super Luminova on its $150+ watches is second only to Seiko’s. There’s not a lot of it on this watch, but what there is will be readable in the dark for several hours. It has a rechargeable battery and a photovoltaic cell under the dial, so it’s self-recharging BUT if you live in a cold climate and your wrist is mostly exposed indoors, you’ll need a “solar watch fast charger.” Amazon sells them for $15 up. They work. Leaving your watch out in the sun all day will kill it. Also, rechargeable watch batteries don’t last forever and they’re expensive. But it’s still a good one at this price. Probably on closeout because the orange dial doesn’t sell.
Possible exception to orange dials generally not selling well: Bulova’s orange-dialed ‘Devil Diver’ watch (at $425+).
For shallow diving to 30 feet, orange is a great high-visibility dial color. On dry land it’s probably a fashion statement for someone, but I’m not sure who. Orange Julius?
