What is fair and just would be a pre-paid return label - then you’re not out of anything. I can see where companies allow you to keep incorrect inexpensive items saves them the cost of shipping. That makes economic sense. Why anyone would demand to keep an expensive item that was a mistake (like wrong color or size ) just seems…I’ll leave that open to interpretation.
Our amateur lawyer has confused things. (Oh, you corrected your post.
) If you’re sent a product you never ordered, AT ALL, you are entitled to keep it per Federal law. (There is a type of scam that sends people products they didn’t order, it’s a way of laundering stolen gift cards, or posting fake reviews. I’ll see if I can find an article.) One account was a woman ordered coffee beans, then days later received an espresso maker, a coffee bean grinder … never ordered. It was a scam, but she wasn’t the “victim.” Under law she was entitled to keep them.
Called “brushing scams.” New variant, “Quishing scams.”
But if you order a product and it comes in the wrong color, wrong size … that’s still a product you ordered. You have a sales contract with the seller. Claiming “I didn’t order that” could result in fraud charges.
Anywhooo…

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
These bag are FAKE!!! I just came from the coach store and compared it!
Hello. These came from Amazon inventory. They should be authentic but if you’re not happy with it, reach out to customer service for a return for refund.
I compared it at coach and the inside lining is completely different.
These are not! Authentic!
Ensure you’re comparing the same product SKU. Some items like this can change seasonally. Manufacturers reserve the right to change the specifications. (And this Amazon inventory may be an overstock from prior season that they’re trying to sell off fast.)
I’m not saying you’ll never get counterfeit items off Amazon, it’s happened to me before. Of course, Woot and Amazon are likely to act responsibly if you provide photographic proof of the problem product and make reasonable demands. (I’m frankly surprised by the clear scuffs/imperfections, but the pictured packaging looks genuine.
)
In addition, manufacturers often create special versions of products for large retailers (e.g. Walmart, QVC) and will make minor changes to an existing product. Sometimes to lower the price; sometimes to avoid price comparisons.
Correct. Model/product numbers are Costco are often different to discourage price match requests at other retailers. Also … sometimes … the product made for Costco is a variant, e.g. my LG C2 OLED AUA variant had WiFi 6 while the PUA variant at other stores had Wifi 5.

I’ve also seen product variants sold by manufacturers (Coach, Rayban, Allen Edmunds) at their own outlet mall stores (e.g. Petaluma, Mebane, Freeport) versus sold through channels to chain dept. stores. It’s a non-compete dealio AFAIK.
These bags are fake y’all did anyone else get one with the inside not suede but a cracking material. I confirmed with coach!
**These bags are not authentic coach bags! I think there should be a class action against woot/amazon. **
Why Woot? These were shipped by Amazon.
And contact Woot for a return/refund, if you’re unhappy.
I did. They said the prepaid label returns system is down for the next 6 hours…..
What are you basing these claims on? I’ve owned quite a few Coach bags over the years - your photo in itself does not scream “fake”. Obviously I can’t see your purse firsthand but looks very similar to pic from Coach website. Please use caution with accusations
You just pointed a fact, you don’t have it in your hands. So you can’t speak on this.
Correct - I am merely pointing out that your lining (from photo) looks pretty identical to that on the Coach website.
Look closer it’s not suede… as I stated I went into th coach store here in New York and it’s not the same bag!
