So is this infused with some sort of coconut flavoring/essence, or is it just normal coffee with coconut flavor notes? And what’s the roast date (or are these roasted to order)?

From the vendor:
They aren’t roasted to order exactly, however, we roast in small batches and are always roasting fresh coffee. We also have a special process that removes all of the oxygen from the bag which helps it stay very fresh.

It says on the front of the bag it’s artificially flavored, so there’s that.
