Hi woot community,
I stumbled across this forum from reddit after trying to find other options to contact Woot’s customer service. This by far has been the worst buying experience ever. I placed an order for 2 apple watches that never showed up, contacted customer service and was advised to file a claim with UPS. The claim was filed and a few days later closed stating that the package had been found. Nothing has ever been found! I even spoke with UPS customer service prior to them closing the case to confirm that I had not received the package. UPS never investigated anything nor did I speak with anyone in person to even confirm. I have been contacting Woot’s customer service every single day now for 6 days straight and I have no received one single response back!!! I am being completely ignored!! I was promised a refund if I filed a claim! I would like my money back or my items back please!
