Hi woot-ers! Is the customer service response time usually more than the indicated 24 hours??
I am having an issue with my order (Pixel phone) as it seems to be lost at a UPS facility- made it to Pennsylvania and seems to have entered a black hole there, no updates seen in a week and counting.
I thought, great, I’ll contact the Woot customer service which I did on Friday. The site says expect a response in 24 hours but it’s been 4 days (realize 2 of those were weekend days) and I haven’t seen a response even in my junk mail. I’m starting to get concerned that I’m out $500 with no phone.
Ok thanks so much! Yeah its been past the 24-48hrs which is why I was confused. I used to work in customer service so im sympathetic to delays as long as it’s eventually being looked at !
But I don’t know how to have UPS trace it? If I can figure out how to ask UPS to do that, I certainly will!
