Is the battery new?
It might have been added after you posted, but towards the bottom of the features:
The batteries have been replaced by the manufacturer as part of the re-conditioning process.
Edit - The very careful consumer in me notes they didn’t state the batteries were replaced with new batteries, just that they were replaced. 
sigh I thought the whole thing was a battery.
The battery is tiny. In the specs it says it can run for 8 minutes at half load, or 2 minutes at full load. There’s little hint to that in the description where it says it provides “enough time to shutdown properly”.
Confirming the battery is New.

I didn’t read the ad this morning. I thought the op was asking if the item was new or refurbished. That’s where I didn’t realize it was an item containing a battery and not a battery.
