I assume because of the box labels, as here’s what it said on the one I got:
The names are mushed together, so I was sent the second one…
I really want to try again to get the correct one, but how does one prevent a repeat if the boxes are labeled like this?
They would have picked by SKU most likely, not name. Everything I can see on the backend looks correct so at this point, going to
that it’s a one-off.
Make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
