Dell makes nice monitors but it is irritating that they need another component for VESA compatibility. Keep that in mind if you use mounting arms with your setup.
Looks like on this model if you remove the stand, the VESA holes are exposed and you don’t need a VESA adapter.
This is a good deal and a nice monitor overall. Especially if you want to use USB-C for connectivity.
I’m not sure why people are assuming you need an adapter for Dell monitors. The P series is their standard business model and it includes VESA mounts on the back with screws already installed. Actually all of the P and U series monitors include this.
Thus 24” P series has been our standard monitor at work for many years. I personally prefer the U (ultrasharp) series but no one has complained about these that get them.
Most of our users are just standard business use though (office productivity and web browser use) and not professional video or photography editing.
Wowza this has USB-C AND Vesa compatible? wish i didn’t just get a 24" gaming monitor for $100 more.
oh, my bad, sorry for the fake news.
Lol, but you are right though many monitors require an adapter. Such a pain.
