What does “Factory Reconditioned” mean? Does it mean the Dell factory reconditioned it, or did the factory of a third party refurbisher recondition it? How do I find who reconditioned it? I know I don’t want any more laptops from P&B. Why don’t you list the refurbisher in the description? It feels like someone is trying to hide something.
