A i7-6700T might not be acceptable to upgrading to Windows 11

Is it wrong that I find that to be a plus?
Be aware this is a “T” processor and extremely limited in terms of how much power it can draw and will therefore perform worse than than a older gen processor that has standard or “K” power limits. I have an 8700T that gets destroyed by my 4790K and none of the TDP override solutions will work with the “T” proc.
Given the constraints of the chassis – this class of systems are only about 1 liter in volume – capping the TDP is a must. The alternative would be to use a mobile processor, which means soldered instead of socketed.
