Hi, this is my first time using Woot, and I had a few questions about this item.
Could you please let me know what condition it’s in? Are there any signs of use, cosmetic marks, scratches, or other imperfections?
I’d also appreciate some details about the packaging. Is it in the original box, and what condition is the packaging itself in?
I’m planning to give this as a gift to my sister in Brazil and may pack it in my checked luggage, so the condition and packaging are important to me.
Also, could you confirm whether this item is 127V or 220V?

Refurbished items are most often in brown box as opposed to retail boxes. I don’t have specifics on this.
The DeLonghi site says it’s 120V.
Please note that our warranty is not applicable outside the 48 contiguous US. Any return would require you to pay for shipping back to the US.
Thanks! I actually found this coffee machine on Amazon. It’s listed as “Refurbished – Excellent” and is sold and shipped by Woot. I was wondering if it’s basically the same as an Amazon Renewed Excellent unit, and if I can expect it to be in near-new condition. Amazon.com
