I believe 29" is too big to be a carry on bag. Also, this is the first luggage set I’ve seen that costs the same for all 3 size bags.
I guess I forgot to say please reply and thank the exalted Woot! staff in advance for their great response explaining why a 21 inch Delsey Premium Hardside Spinner Luggage 
piece should cost as much as a 29" inch . Maybe the word “Premium” explains it.

Based on our costs, I reckon.
Then, I’ll blame Delsey or whoever makes Delsey luggage. I’d rather buy Amazon Basics luggage and spend the savings on travel.
