Happy Jim Carrey GIF

I assume making fun of Elon Musk is now considered off-limits because it’s become political?

I really want to do one making fun of cybertrucks and the **** that would buy them (especially now with what we know about Elon!), but all my ideas are clearly way too political for woot.

Noob here…a liitle confused about submissions. Pardon my ignorance. The Techie derby starts 2/24 @ 8pm CST / 7pm MST / 6pm on the west coast and 9 pm on the east coast. Is that also when submissions are accepted? Or are submissions due prior to the start date and if so whats the link to submit designs for the Techie Derby?

Submissions start on the derby page when the new derby begins (Monday 8PM CST). Voting starts immediately, too.

Until that point, all derby entries go into the previous derby (currently the Spring derby).

Hope that helps!

Yeah, some folks bought them for the attention, but nowadays, it’s attention for different reasons. Beyond the CEO, companies that have purchased them “for advertising” are also seeing those negative effects. They’re showing off that they had $100k to blow on a problem-prone vehicle – so how much are the customers being overcharged for them to afford such?
