anyone else having problems submitting?

No issues here, but a common fix for that is to resave the files and double check the file sizes. If you think the big final art file is the issue, try flattening it with a solid background color (then email the real PNG to artistsupport@woot.com and explain what happened).

Thank you for the advice. I tried re-saving and it still doesn’t upload. Not doing anything different than I have for previous derbies. Files are well within the limits. Not sure what the problem is. I emailed and hope to get an answer.

If you have access to another web browser, that might be worth a try.

And this is going to sound dumb, but sometimes totally redoing the two preview images (like frame them differently that the original, so there’s less or more of the image shown than the first time) will randomly work and upload fine. Part of the key here is to make them a different kb size (not necessarily smaller just different).

If that doesn’t work I am officially out of ideas! :frowning:

Thanks for the advice. I trimmed 1 pixel from both images and then they worked even though they were the required sizes.
