Not anymore. It’s probably been 25+ years since the last purchase/gift, and I don’t recall seeing any when I did my end-of-year kitchen purge.

Nope. I had some left a few years ago but either the bowl or the lid was missing so I finally chucked them.

Looking around the kitchen, it’s clear that while Tupperware had a good thing going, Rubbermaid came in and ate their lunch.

Not only do i have tupperware, corning ware and pyrex, i actively search for it at yard sales/thrift stores!
Last week i actually scored a BRAND NEW 30 piece tupperware bowl set for $30, woot! Woot!

My parent’s definitely do! I told my dad not too long ago that as an adult im super grossed out about the wide range of uses they had for the biggest green Tupperware bowl. Same one that was used for popcorn was also the one put next to your bed when you had an upset stomach (I’ve heard this was common in other homes, too…gross!) :nauseated_face:

Yes…a lot of many, many styles also. It is the best, lasts forever…many colors…some i got from my mom, some i bought… where…?tupperware parties of course! … yes, that was a thing…like avon…and yes, i m old as dirt :rofl:

I can taste the orange juice from concentrate in this pitcher right now … :tangerine:

I no longer have or use original Tupperware due to quality degradation and possible leaching of plastic. Only use new safer plastics and glass. Do have a few cereal bowls which I use as decor to hold non food things for nostalgia sake. Parent’s have a few items yet don’t use them much.

I baby sat at that house once, it was crazy. EVERYTHING was in a tupperare container.
cereal/pasta/baking stuff/breads/oatmeal/flours/crackers, etc.
Multiple cabinets top to bottom.
(and the child was on Ritalin for ADHD)

Have a few hanger-oners from LockNLock. They seal well.

A few years back I injured my wrist & was one handing things through 2 casting/2 splintings and a brace for a few months. Discovered Rubbermaid Brilliance. Amazing! Clear containers so you can see what you have and an EASY air tight lock system that I can get off 1 handed. Only 2 latches on top (not 4) and they are vented (Brilliant!) so it allows you to break the an air tight seal without tugging & pulling. Only use for pantry items.

Use glass for fresh/cooked food storage/baking. Still the best.
