Do you still have some original Tupperware containers?

Well well … That’s true

Nope! I have some of the newer Tupperware - but I’ve been told they aren’t as good compared to the original? Oh well.

Our dtr is collecting new things. She is replacing lids for a few of mine she has hijacked. She bought the jello mold, she saw in Christmas Vacation.
Long ago, mom sold it. She had “the kit”.

They’ve disbanded some time ago. The only one from the group I actively follow is Matt Mitchell. He’s got some good content!

Also good for storing spare nuts, bolts, and other random automotive accoutrements. :nut_and_bolt: :peanuts: :toolbox:

Yes! His videos and content are what brought me, a non-Southerner to the old group’s work.

I don’t, but only because my mother refuses to part with them. She’s informed me I can cage match fight my two siblings for them at her funeral.

She thinks we won’t.

We will. It’ll be therapeutic.

Apparently it is a Midwest thing too. My grandparents and now in-laws do this. We have sour cream and margarine containers in our house because we received leftovers from theirs. I remembering ask my wife how much butter and margarine does her family eat because there are so many floating around. Like Southern lady, my wife and I don’t use margarine and only real butter sparingly.

I went to Tupperware parties with my Mother. Yes, she and I both still have some and I’m sure they’re chock full of hazardous materials… like most things. :black_cat: :black_cat:

Was at Target the other day they had actual Tupperware on the shelves we were so shocked. I still remember that my grandmother was one of the first Tupperware dealers in our town like 80 yrs ago.

Plenty. From pitchers, to salad bowls, to containers, to some drink cups. Most of it was given to me as I went off to college; a convenient excuse for my mother to go buy some nice Corelware for her own kitchen. I think my favorite though is one I actually bought at a real Tupperware party. A set of pop-a-lots. :slightly_smiling_face:
