Big water/big sewer needs to get involved to stop companies from advertising these products as flushable! They sound hella amazing… But with their bigger size, toilets would be guaranteed to clog.

I’ve got one tennant on notice that if I have to call out the plumber again one more time to clean out baby wipes and feminine hygiene products from her line, she may as well start packing.
Seriously, it been 3 times so far. Her dad did pay the last bill though. I don’t think he wants her moving back home lol.

Yeah, I usually price my units for the long haul. I’d rather keep a regular paying tenant in place than price them out.
It’s really just a numbers thing from the jump. Factor in all my expenses plus some for reserve plus a little profit each month.
As they turn over I’ll get them all fresh and new and charge the current rates. Her rent is probably about half the current market prices. I only have 2 that are like that now.
When I was a renter, I hated renewing my lease every year and paying more each time. It sucks.

She has a lot of assistants coming and going because she was in a bad car wreck and is still on the mend.
But she’s out of the wheelchair now and I see her up and about more.
Next thing I’m going to get her is going to be a poop bag dispenser right by her front door for when the helpers let the dogs out to poo.
