These things SUCK! That’s why I have two! 
One for each floor of the house. We have a Shark, too, but I don’t like that one much. My daughter keeps it in her room to clean up after her birbs.

I bought this from woot about 6 ish ago. This thing is still going strong and has amazing suction! Wish dyson made steam and or carpet cleaners too
