For the autistic / OCD crowd, the dust count meter is like a drug. When I take mine off the wall, I set a goal of 100 million before I put it back. It is disturbing how little time it takes also. I need to up my goals.

got mine last June still going strong.

Overall I still like it, its not inexpensive but works well. If i paid full price id probably complain more about the build quality as the plastic doesn’t feel like a 350$ vacuum. however, I do feel I’m able to easily vacuum more since its wireless and very accessible.

My big issue has always been the battery. However, there’s a very cost-effective swap out to allow the new battery technology. They can be recharged with all your other Dewalt, milwaukee, etc. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Dyson+368340-02+V15+Detect+Handheld+Stick+Vacuum+Dewalt+V20+battery+conversion&crid=R1JVSL1KG0I&sprefix=dyson+368340-02+v15+detect+handheld+stick+vacuum+dewalt+v20+battery+conversion%2Caps%2C171&ref=nb_sb_noss

They finally added lights to it like the off brands! Batteries are available online through Amazon. When you buy refurbished they replace the batteries with new. I bought mine directly from Dyson refurbished website. Never buy new! This is a good deal.

This is a killer deal if you compare against Amazon (even if Woot is owned by Amazon)!

I was in the market for a vacuum compared to my ~10 year old corded cheapie (which is getting super loud), so fingers crossed I am soon to be crying tears of joy while vacuuming with this.

Bought a Dyson v8 years ago on here.. the battery :poop: the bed fairly quickly, but Dyson sent me a brand new one no questions asked since it was under warranty. Still running great after 6 years, only thing that sucks is the older models had a very short runtime compared to the newer ones.

Just received my order today, plugged in the charger and…DEAD ON ARRIVAL!!!

Very frustrating, but I sent an email to Woot via thee Woot mobile app, which didn’t give me any email receipt or confirmation like most other services, but the app did say I’d hear back in 24 hours. Fingers crossed they solve my issue rather than sending my email off into oblivion🤞🏿

Ay yai yai, I am waiting on mine to arrive so we will see gulp (I am sure they will solve it eventually, it can take time for them to reply)

Make sure you give it a good long charge for the first charge.

If still no luck, you can reach out to Dyson and they’ll likely send you a new battery.

So I received mine and charged and used it once until the battery was almost depleted, and I will say I am impressed so far. The battery life could be longer, but I never thought I’d say vacuuming is/feels cool… and I realize what a dusty slob I’ve been all these years.

UPDATE: I was told via email last Saturday Woot sent out a replacement and I’d get tracking information when shipped, but still no tracking information and I’ve already returned their defective unit. The frustration continues…

UPDATE: got the replacement today and this time the battery charging lights actually come on when plugged in. Gave it a full charge and seems to work well so far so here’s to hoping it’ll be a long-lasting, quality product :crossed_fingers:t6:
