Electric Pressure Washer

Electric Pressure Washer

Looking for a deal on a pressure washer, now I’ve got one!

Why is the condition listed as new when the product code suggests it’s remanufactured? Which is it?

Just got mine, 100% Not New. I cant even say that it’s refurbished. Someone at Sun Joe threw it in the box, put tape on it and shipped it. Everything inside the box is a mess. I’m testing it out tomorrow.

Inside the Amazon box came a Sun Joe taped box, with shipping labels when it was shipped to amazon back in March.

Same here, I’ve emailed Woot and asked for it to be exchanged for a new one as that was what the product page displayed.

Having the same exact experience, pieces broken off and missing the spray wand. I don’t even know how Sun Joe can even call it Certified Refurbished Product.

Well they offered me $14 back as an apology. That to me doesn’t make up for losing a two year warranty and used equipment.

Give us some time to sort through this and come up with a resolution. It hit us late Friday so it’ll be Monday or Tuesday to get it figured out.

Keep in mind, if you’re unhappy with the unit, you can do a return for a full refund.

Not really a great solution to just return it. You offered it in “new” condition but sold a referb (ours was broken as well) Lost the 2 year warranty now also? Come on Woot make it right $15 refund is a joke.

This really sucks . Sent me an email the day it’s delivered . The only reason I bought it was the 2 year warranty

Damn, and here I was excited that mine got delivered much earlier than I needed it, so I just moved the whole box into the garage and ignored it. Now I better go check.

Update: just checked, my package arrived and it says it’s refurbished. Aside from a slight blemish in the silver paint on the handle, all of it looks news. All cords were zip tied and accessories were in a plastic baggie, nothing missing. Assembly went fine, and as far as I can tell it’s operating fine.

Truth be told, I forgot that it was advertised as new. I wouldn’t have though twice about it being refurbished. I hope everybody who had missing or damaged parts gets their replacements or refunds. This sounds like a big blunder for whoever sold this lot to Woot!

It was inventory pulled from amazon and there was a discrepancy in the condition on their side. :sob:
