Entering Own Designs Posted Elsewhere?

I have a derby-related question. If an artist has one of their own designs for sale on their own website but later wants to enter that design in a derby, can they legitimately do that as long as they take the design off their website first and no longer sell it there?

Generally we reject designs that have been sold before on other sites. It could be okay if it hasn’t been up for sale that long somewhere else but yea it could be rejected.

Thanks for the info! I don’t sell my designs anywhere else at this point, but was considering it as an option. Just wanted to check the rules before doing anything.
