Hi everyone… I was just wondering if I submitted a design to last weeks derby and I did not make it up to the fog of war or received an “honorable mention” email by now, am I safe to use the art on other sites and competitions. Or does woot forever have permission to use it. Thank you!

Until you have signed any contract with Woot (ie actually sold your design to them), you should be free to do whatever you want with your design.

I believe, technically, when you submit, woot retains the rights to it for 60 days from the date the derby is over. Then it reverts back to the artist.
