I was, ahem, lucky enough to share one of three consecutive birthdays with my brothers. We only got one celebration for all of us.
Mom and Dad thought neopolitan was the perfect answer. I can confirm it was not. But an ‘A’ for effort!
(Eldest brother on the 3rd, twin brother on the 4th, and me, the sister, on the 5th. Weird, right?)

Isn’t the point of Neopolitan that you don’t have to choose?
There’s a great place in my town that has some unusual ice cream flavors. They have a great ‘Whiskey and Brown Sugar’ flavor.
