Not a huge difference between this and 2019, 9th edition. Both are great.
Differences: RAM size & wireless charging. Front facing camera placement.

I think the extra RAM

Can anyone tell me if I’d be able to purchase a longer warranty through Amazon for this Tablet? I saw it had a 90 day warranty but I was hoping to purchase a warranty to keep it protected for a year or two. Any help is much appreciated.
This is the first time I have ever heard of lock-screen ads. Not sure if I would like that.

Ask via web chat (no voice), sometimes they turn them off for free. Customer retention and stuff. Or so I hear.
Some people root, and mess with settings.
If not, a $15 charge per device gets them gone.
Ads were already off on the one I bought two days ago!

Works with Fire Toolbox v33 to install Google play services and apps. Comes deregistered. To register it wants WiFi and will update. Make sure to skip this step and deny it WiFi during setup if you want to apply toolbox patches. Register it after it lands on the homescreen via the register device widget after you give it wifi at that point.
