In for two, size 15!

What’s the return policy if it’s not a good fit?

Short answer is we don’t do returns/exchanges for items that don’t fit.

Our full return policy is here.

“Sell it on eBay” was the last response I got from Woot when my shoes didn’t fit.

I have tried several pairs of these on in retail golf shops and have heard other people make the same comment… These shoes run larger than normal in sizing. I generally wear a wider shoe in size 11 but the regular width 10 1/2 is even a little loose in the charcoal colored version of this shoe. Order a half size smaller than normal has been the general consensus.

Bought these last time woot had them. And yes they do run a little large but still very very comforable. Would recommend to anyone looking for new golf shoes.

Come on, Woot…everyone knows that golf isn’t REALLY a sport! It’s hours of chasing a little ball, hitting it with various sticks carried in a heavy, expensive bag, losing it in the woods or water, cursing the sand (as well as the aforementioned woods and water, plus anything else that comes to mind), finally ending with some atrocious lying about your score!

Heck, it only ever approaches being exercise if you’re willing to walk the course!!

Interestingly, I found that the shoes ran tight in the size. The length was fine, but the toes are really cramped. It has made them hard to wear. If you are at all concerned about the medium width, I would get the wide.

I bought these last time around and love them. They are a little loose on my feet so i would agree with buying a half size smaller. I ordered these in the same size of my older Nike golf shoes.

One other thing. Try not to wear these on any type of pavement. The little rubber “spikes” are soft and you cant change them. Mine wore down a little.

I own the mesh pair and they are awesome. Very comfortable and breathable, the only downside of the mesh is that wet conditions will get your socks damp on the sides of your feet. I walk 18 holes once a week and these are the most comfortable I’ve owned. As far as sizing goes, I found it fit the same as my athletic shoe size.

I would recommend against buying these from Woot. I have 2 pairs I had bought from a golf store, and ordered another pair through Woot the last go around. I obviously know what size I needed, but the ones I received from Woot were very tight in the toes even though my other ones of the same size fit perfectly. The main issue was that you can’t return them to Woot.

I for one will never buy another clothing/shoe item from Woot after this experience. These are obviously flawed and you are stuck with them. If you like the shoes, which I highly recommend, get them from other golf discount websites with an actual return policy.

I, too, am reluctant to buy shoes from WOOT. I bought a pair of golf shoes last year and was sent the wrong size. When I tried to return them, I was told that, “The personal nature” of the product made it un-returnable. I wrote back and asked if they seriously thought that trying on a pair of shoes just once to see if they fit rendered them un-returnable. Remember: they sent the wrong size. They relented and all I got stuck for was the shipping. Still, lowered my perception of WOOT and the process. Be careful and have a back-up plan.

Are you saying that you ordered size 10 and they sent an 11 or that you ordered a wide and they sent a medium? If that’s the case, then that’s just plain WRONG and dishonest.
