I got some of these last woot-off. Very sweet, taste aweful and sticks to your teeth. Makes your tongue orange for over an hour. No change in energy.

The 20 mg of caffeine and sugar help me through intense workouts. I don’t drink a lot of caffeine or ingest a lot of sugar otherwise though.
I’m a big fan of protein bars and related supplements. I figured I’d give these a try as something to have as a snack instead of the stuff usually hanging around in the breakroom at work.
Ugh, they were AWFUL.
I’ve choked down some really bad protein bars and energy drinks in the past, but I couldn’t choke these down. (I had the orange flavored ones.) I ended up bringing them all to work and leaving them, hoping one of the runners or bikers would take them.
Bad choice. Ah well, at least I didn’t lose too much money on it.
