For $9 these are a great buy! I got 2 the last go round and am happy with how they cut and fit/feel in my hand. They did cut the paper when new, razor sharp. My work sharp keeps them sharp with a touch up before each use using 1000 grit! These would make a great gift for that culinary person you know.
