What’s that sawtoothed yellow plastic gizmo in the photo? It looks like some kind of gadget for making lemon slices, and even though it seems to be the featured item, it’s not in the list of products for sale.

Dang, really wanted the Shun steak knives. I’ve been in the market for steak knives and those are gorgeous.
I used to work for kyocera and I have owned a couple of their knives. They are beyond razor sharp.
The big thing about ceramic is they will stay that sharp for way longer than a steel knife. Problem is the ceramic is very brittle at that thinness.
If you do not handle these knifes with extreme care they WILL be damaged. IE only use on a dedicated wood cutting board, never chop frozen items or meat with bones, and always hand wash and put back in a protective case immediately these knives will last you about a month.
If you DO take care of them like the special knives they are you will have great light weight knives that are sharper than any you have owned.

Pro Aluminum & Acrylic Rack 18in Black- BIS5203 says that it’s 18" in the heading, but only 12" in the features, and then 18" in the specs again. Which one is it?

I’ve had the Victorinox for years. They hold a good edge, sharpen easily, and are comfortable in my smaller hands. Best knife investment ever. Worth the retail price, so this is great.

And NEVER attempt to use them to cut anything on a ceramic plate. NEVER. Don’t ask me how I know this…
On a side note, the Kyocera peeler that is in the peeler/utility combo is the best peeler I’ve ever used.

We didn’t get a sample and that’s the image the vendor gave us.
Looking at the manufacturer’s site, their photos vary quite a bit.
