Does anyone know if the 5g will work with Verizon? I think I recall that being an issue with a past Pixel 5a offering.
Yes, these phones are compatible with Verizon. Source: I’ve had one since launch day.
My only complaint with the 5a is the screen toughness. Highly recommend a screen protector of some sort.

The 6a is coming out in a few days and costs the same. Why not wait?

I agree with you, but you’re a couple weeks ahead of yourself. The Pixel 6a will not start shipping until late July.
The Pixel 5a has gone on sale for as low as $349 from the Google Store. This is a pretty crummy deal at just $20 off the current price.
