Bought this about a year ago, it’s pretty good, but would love for it to have a bit more ‘power’. Use it weekly for cleaning the tile floor in my kitchen/bathrooms. Not a ‘power-washer’ strength steam cleaner, doesn’t handle grout exceptionally well, but does take the dirt layer off the tile.
Just an FYI - I have a Haan steamer and it was great while it lasted, but… Haan is essentially out of business. They no longer respond to emails, phone calls, or snail mail. You can’t get any replacement parts either. Their web page is still up, but no one responds and you can’t order anything.
