A lot of it comes down after we are done opening presents on Christmas

I’m usually bed ridden, my mom’s old. It gets put at the bottom of my to do list until someone who can help comes over.

lol… We always wait until Epiphany (January 6th) but… if you think I’m taking down decoration during a snow storm in the South… you crazy. We JUST took out tree down yesterday.

Per my wife’s logic, there are holiday decorations and then seasonal decorations. To my eyes, they look the same. So, the objects around the house change as often as the Macy’s window display. I saw some decorations get taken down, others are here for this season, and other things will appear with some connection to date on the calendar. To answer the question, I have done nothing! NOTHING!

I put up a couple of things and they’re mostly packed away, but still need to take them down to the storage locker.

Best solution I’ve seen: Someone near me put one of those 12 foot Home Depot skeletons in their front yard a few Halloweens ago, but leave it up year around and dress it up for every holiday.
