As per the ad description, No. You need to have your own rated atleast 8000 mh.

The male sizes are not possible. The size chart is totally incorrect unless are sized for children. Too big a risk to order cost based on what a medium size would normally be.

They’re likely “lay flat” measurements rather than diameter.
Unwearable as a jacket. Sleeves are 5 inches too short.
