Highway Bicycle Rearview Mirrors

Highway Bicycle Rearview Mirrors

Cute concept, but do we really believe that tiny little mirror will be the life and death safety difference when bicycling on the “Highway”?

Have you ever had a mirror on your bicycle? They make a hella difference when you can see what’s behind you.

Look to the bold-typeface for a none too subtle hint of the point of the comment.

The highway thing?
The whole thing is written in broken English. I don’t think they meant it as an actual highway.

Germany has a bicycle highway.

They are permitted in some areas of the USA.

Haha, really? OK, take your bike out on the highway in the US where we are and where this deal is being sold and see what happens. Go for it. Hopefully those mirrors will protect you! Haha.

Glad I didn’t mention it was daylight 24 hours ago when I made the original comment or you’d be claiming it is night time in Hong Kong.

You have the internet. Use it to educate yourself.

OK you two…
First off, this is the most stupid idea for a bicycle mirror ever.
The mirrors are about 1.25 inches across & you have to look straight down to see behind you…

Second… It is pretty funny to read (and make fun of) the poorly written product titles and descriptions.

This is a safer way to ride:

I bet this guy could benefit from these mirrors.

That’s the pokemon go guy! Yup. He probably needs mirrors.

Definitely wouldn’t be riding a bicycle on a highway in California. Apparently in some places it’s legal. I’m thinking maybe on the PCH (Pacific Coast Hwy). Still, we don’t drive slow around here.

We do have a ton of bike lanes however, and mirrors are definitely useful. We have hardcore cyclists with thighs the size of mini fridges that go all up the hills.
