Only one of the lights in the pack of two worked. I contacted WOOT to ask if they could replace the non-working light but so far have no response.
Hi there, Customer service will reply to the email listed on your Woot account so you’ll want to check there if it’s different from your Amazon account. Response time is typically 24-48 hours and you’ll want to check your spam & junk folders.
You may want to add info@woot.com to your contacts in your email program.
