I’ve done Planet Fitness for the last decade or so… probably have stuck to going on a 3-day-a-week schedule for 6-8 months out of the year at any given time. But now I have an accountabilibuddy as @theGR00M is joining me as well!
I work outside of my home 5 days a week.
I rarely exercise, though.
4 days a week at the gym (5hrs), yard work and such at home, walk the dog a couple times a day. Last weekend i spent a few hours changing the upper control arms and transmission fluid in my Pathfinder as well as crawling under the house to seal some air leaks. Its always something.
My dad is 80 and sits in his recliner all the time. He cant hardly get around the house without having to stop to catch his breath. Doctors say his heart is functioning somewhere around 30%. He was one that came home, sat down to watch the news and that was it. I dont want to be like that.
Only when they tell me I have to go work out.
Yes I do 7 day a week
If you consider lifting a coffee cup to my mouth!
I do Multiple sets in the morning
Every day. Yard work, 5 dogs & my Concept 2 rower. Rebuilding my house, so, plenty of working out.
Trying for every day!
I love to eat! So therefore I must workout a lot!
4-5+ hours every day!

Staying ahead of the tiger as long as I can. I’m 75 but I feel like 35!
Get moving or the tiger will eat you!
You lose weight in the kitchen, not the gym.
I workout on occasion. I am always afraid this will happen.
Obviously, checks notes for 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both.
Maybe every other day but prefer never mwahaha
Lots of Wiggle-Wiggle and flopping around going on there!
Was that a cameo by porn star Jeremy?

It was either that or the music video that featured Jamie Lee Curtis and John Travolta from the Movie “Perfect…”
Or maybe this one?
Not with my cooking you don’t
On the regular, doing a curl every time I lift another donut to my mouth.
