Some days im out in the garden, some days im out mowing.
Most days im just out.
I’m a structural painter so I don’t feel a need to"work out". but 8 hours per work day is a passive workout.
Does walking down the driveway to the mailbox count? Then daily. Otherwise ( welp) …

I am trying to increase as I get older, stretching has been so helpful I’ve learned. Feels good being more limber.
