How to get customer service? Resolved

I emailed Monday or Tuesday this week and yet to get response. I submitted each type of request this morning in hopes it will get to someone that cares, as well as an email to CEO been waiting for my stuff since 1/05. Customer service phone number doesn’t work. Just need a refund and to never come back.

Hi there, customer service will reply to the email listed on your Woot account so you’ll want to check there if it’s different from your Amazon account. Response time is typically 24-48 hours and you’ll want to check your spam & junk folders.

Return labels will come directly from UPS, not Woot.

You may want to add info@woot.com to your contacts in your email program.

If you include the CEO’s email you will get a response only took an hour!
