TT I need your help! The sku for this laptop backpack is wrong- I received it only to get a briefcase style instead-not pictured! :woman_shrugging:t2:

I want the backpack style on your site showing not the one I received in the mail today-again FYI the sku is wrong and I need this for BTS so this needs an immediate correction please so I can reorder & return the 1st one

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

I did dear but the sku needs to be corrected asap to help with everyone thinking they’re getting the backpack but instead will get the briefcase style. Thx😊

we don’t know that. What we know is that YOU received the wrong item. CS will take care of you. As usual, I’ll send an email to the team to get with their vendor to see if it was a one-off issue or a larger issue. It’s after hours on a Friday so we won’t hear back until next week.

TT the tag on my bag I received has the same item # as the bag I should have received. I’m a retail expert in retail for over 30 Yrs and I’m just letting you all know the item # is incorrect to save you any more conflicts! Well I guess you can only do so much and you did. Thx😊

TT can you please forward the photos I sent to customer service they claim I’m not sending them correctly and I wan a free return label for my wrong item - I heard from Jeetu A-he’s the customer service agent that emailed me earlier and needs this info. Thx
