Winix is 10x better, this model from Hunter is very loud on the lowest setting. Think off it as a loud white noise. I have 3 Winix and love it.

Really? I got this Hunter one last go around and Its about the same on the lowest setting as my last air purifier which was a Tredy. I dont mind it at all, but I do like some white noise while I sleep.

I bought 5… They clean the air ok, but only 1 of them is quiet enough for a bedroom on low fan speed.
