Iconic - Protein Drink RTD Chocolate Truffle - 12 Bottles

I just received the additional two cases that I ordered. Unfortunately one of them has a “Best by” date of Sept 2021 and I have no plans to drink something that is now a year past the best date. The other has a “Best by” date of May 2023 (yay!).

So now I’m contacting Customer Service and will find out if they are as nice as I previously said in this thread. I hope they don’t let me down.

Got mine Yesterday. Expiry is Sep’23.

But it’s very watery.

Yes, use by May 2022.

Aside from the date being 5 months stale, taste was marginal, but the worst was that some of the particulates had dropped out of solution and accumulated in what is best described as 1/4-1/2 inch of chocolate colored snot.

Let the buyer beware.

Customer service notified.

I ordered 3 cases and two had a best by date of September 2021 and 1 had bbd of December 2021 and this is October 2022.
These should have never been sent out. How do I get my money back?

I was surprised that they contain Stevia since the listing says no "artificial sweeteners. Consumer Reports claims: “Not only does the Food and Drug Administration not regulate the term ‘no artificial sweeteners,’ but the term ‘natural’ also lacks any regulatory definition, so manufacturers can use the claim as they wish,” says Charlotte Vallaeys, M.S., senior policy analyst for food and nutrition at CR.
