I was very disappointed in this vacuum. Its not consistent. Somedays it will come off of the dock and work ok, other days it will get stuck on trying to come off of the dock, and the dock isnt on carpet, its on a textured laminated wood floor. I thought this was a upgrade to my 3 year old Ecovacs which worked very well but didn’t have the camera or mop, and the mop feature isnt better either. I follow directions and its like the vac looses traction because of the fluid, so I stopped even trying to use that feature.
If you’re displeased with this, and you purchased it between 11/1/2024 and 12/31/2024, you have until January 31st to return it.
(Otherwise you’d just have 30 days.)
I saw, but its not free return, correct? I have to pay for shipping and at that point I will just suffer with it.
Woot covers shipping, unless one abuses the return policy.
Cool, im not sure if i still have the box that it came in, i will look when i return home, is that important?, I still have all that came with it.
