got these off woot 3 weeks ago for like $15 more. I’d say they’re pretty good. Fit well. ANC is passable so far in my noisy office. My voice seems a bit deeper than normal on calls but maybe that’s just the isolation. Does not seem to pair across multiple devices.
So if I already have a decent pair of JBL true wireless earphones, then I’m only missing out on the ANC?
Got these earlier and they are OK, but not significantly better than the $17.95 pair of no-names I got ob clearance. Bit longer battery life though,
Maybe my hearing isn’t that good.
Paid $5 more a few weeks ago. Been very pleased with sound. After adjusting the fit, no movement and decent noise blocking.
Cannot for the life of me get a combination of the adjustable rubber pieces to hold these in my ears for even a gentle walk. I read the instructions and understand how they are supposed to stay in place, they just don’t for me. Not an Apple fan, but I never had an issue with my 1st gen Airpods staying put.
The ANC does not work very well on airplanes. Check reviews before buying if that is what you want them for.
I’ve had these for about 2 weeks and they are fine 6.5-7 out of 10. I would rate them a bit on the tinish sounding side similarly with Raycons. Fit though is much better and the noise canceling seems to be decent for the price. The case is a bit annoying though because the ear buds do not automatically pull into the exact position needed for charging.
These are great sounding earbuds. After changing to the smallest rubber earpieces, they stay in place. The sound is phenomenal. Deep bass and crisp mids and highs. I believe this comes from playing songs on the Amazon Music app using their equalizer. If your sound is not great, that may be something you want to look at. I only intend to use these with my phone, so i dont expect any problems pairing across devices. I dont think there is any place selling them for $149. They were between $50 and $80 when i looked them up. In my opinion, i got a good deal.
I got these at the exact same price on the 8th of May. I don’t know what happened for it to be a different price for others but that’s not what I initially wanted to comment about.
I just wanna know how this deal came back if woot sells things until they’re out. Did they get more or did they sell them in batches. It’d be interesting to find out, if any woot staff read these messages.
[unrelated edit] is there a method to change the forum username from wooterstringofnumbers to your actual amazon username.
These were sold as a daily-deal so there was a timer. Once it ran out if there were any left they would be re-listed in another sale.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
Hi there. A few things can happen.
As @pepper114 mentioned, daily deals expire after 24 hours whether they’re sold out or not.
Other deals can sell out and then our vendors find and supply us with more inventory. No different than any other retailer in the world.
