I have two questions: does anyone know how this does with Netflix and does anyone know the return policy on these speakers? If the sound isn’t good, can I return it to Woot?

Woot tends to be good if there is something actually wrong/broken with the speakers, but I’m pretty sure, “I don’t like how they sound”, won’t qualify. As far as your Netflix question it doesn’t really makes sense. If whatever you output audio with can connect through Bluetooth, then these speakers should play it.
As far as sound wise all Bluetooth speakers are pretty sub par, however, the specs on these definitely makes these one of the better Bluetooth speakers available, make of that what you will.

Found this in The Manual:
PHONE CONVERSATIONS
You can answer/terminate or ignore a phone call from any paired Bluetooth phone. An incoming phone call will pause music and send your connected phone’s ring tone through the kmc1. To answer, briefly press the UTILITY button on the kmc1. Then listen and talk using the kmc1 as you would a speakerphone. Adjust volume using the volume + and – buttons on the kmc1 to desired level. Mute the kmc1’s microphone during a phone call (so the caller cannot hear you) by briefly pressing the ON / READY and VOLUME DOWN buttons together. Unmute the microphone by briefly pressing the same two buttons again. Terminate the call by briefly pressing the UTILITY button again. To ignore a call, press and hold the UTILITY button until the incoming call stops.
I bought these around two months ago from Woot and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I pair them with my bluetooth phone and the sound is very good. I’m actually thinking of buying a second set but just trying to figure out do i really need them…that’s how much I like them
Bought one last time around on Woot.
Very good sound for its size. Love the recharge function (no batteries to buy). I use it everywhere I want better sound: streaming music, baseball games, movies on laptop, tennis courts, basically anywhere. Quite loud for it’s size too.
Feels like it will last forever, heavy and well built.
Mine came in and wouldn’t accept a charge -Woot and Klipsch replaced it and I’m really impressed with it. The battery is stellar. Only downside is the pairing each time.
