i have had this pan for years…it is a good one.
kinda of a pain to clean cause of all the ridges though…
so i don’t use at much as i used to cause…
it is more scrubbing than i want to do anymore.
but i kinda forgot about it… think i will bring it out and use it again. see what happens.lol
i have a few of Le Creuset big pots and dutch ovens…
they are just too heavy for me now.
i would give them to the kids…
but none of them really care about good cooking or cooking at all really.
makes me sad.
anyways this is a nice pan. lol

To those who have this pan, does it contain splatters from meats cooked in it?
These metal scrubbers work really well on cast iron, without damaging the metal. I wouldn’t use it on the enamel lined, but plain cast iron is fine.
I have a Lodge and it has the same problem.
