Mine broke before I even got The batteries installed. Where the batteries go on the back, there’s two round knobs with a slot in it, and they were extremely hard to get off. It says to turn it a certain direction, but it couldn’t be turned. I put a quarter in the slot to help try to turn it and still couldn’t so I had to stick a pair of sharp scissors edge in them to twist them, but now they won’t go back on and already broke so the battery compartment will now be susceptible to taking water in. Anyway, just wondering if anybody else had that issue. I am very strong so I know it wasn’t That issue. I’m sure we will do a great job of hopefully replacing it because maybe I got a defective one, or in a lease to return, but I would like to have the unit
