This arrived today with two different cords, and BOTH are the wrong cord. Furthermore, one cord has damage as if sliced, or rodent damage. Good lord, Woot. I thought I was getting a computer, but instead I’m getting a nuisance trip to the UPS store to return it. Now, to start shopping for a computer again.
Hello there. CS can offer you a partial refund if you just want to buy a new power cord. That’s probably easier than the return. Just let them know what you want.
Thanks, and I tried calling CS last night to ask that question. After almost 20 minutes on hold, and no one ever picked up, I emailed them; no answer yet. I’ve got it packed up to return.
