Do we know the memory configuration of each option? This matters a lot, considering the difference in price.
The T14 has one module soldered to the motherboard, and one SODIMM slot. So if the 16gb config has 16gb soldered, and an empty SODIMM slot, you can cheaply upgrade to 32gb. On the other hand, if it has 8gb soldered and 8gb in the SODIMM slot, it would be pricier and less than ideal since you’d have different capacity modules.
So, with each config, how much is soldered?

I don’t know, and 10 minutes of Googling hasn’t been able to change that … so I would assume it’s the less-desirable of the two possibilities (8 soldered, 8 SODIMM).
Hello. Per the vendor: it comes with only 16GB soldered RAM.
