Unfortunately we cannot delay delivery a week.

It comes compressed so it is easy to move with a dolly or with help.

Are the specs regarding density correct? It shows the base “support layer” as the lowest density and top layer as the highest. Should it be reversed, with the top layer being the softest and the thick support layer being the most dense?

I am a very big boy - 350lbs. Should I even consider this? I go right to the bottom of my BRAND NAME (jumping sheep) foam mattress and hate it.

I picked this 10" mattress in a Queen (medium firmness) the last time it was on sale, and I have to say it is the best item I have ever percussed off of Woot. I am about 140 lbs and my significant other is around 250 lbs and we both agree it is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. The gel kept us cool when it was in the nineties this summer and stayed just as comfortable in the low twenties the past few weeks have brought. It was easy to move in, and the the removable cover was a life savor when my pets became ill. While I can’t say that everyone would like this mattress I personally couldn’t be happier with it.

I just received mine (King Size) and have to say that this is the largest package I have ever received. I saw it leaning on the porch and thought someone had dropped off a gigantic carpet. It comes rolled up in a giant 84 inch body bag! I am not complaining, I was able to pick it up and bring up three floors but it is rather bulky and heavy. Think I will skip the gym today. I have not opened it yet, but so far I am satisfied. I think, the less compression the better.

Received mine quickly. Have had it set up for 3 full days. It has only expanded about 8.5 inches on the sides and is bowed in the middle. Manufactured in June, I’m guessing it’s been vacuum packed since then. I hope it expands fully.

I set mine up after airing for 36 hours and it was up to around 9.5 inches. I have to say that I am very impressed with the mattress. It is cool and very comfortable. I would say “medium firm” is a good description. I weigh in at 195 and barely make an impression and don’t notice any changes through the night. I slept on a high end Tempur memory foam mattress before and this to me is almost indistinguishable. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase.

Very impressed with Cousineaud and the quick customer service received. Described the issue, sent some pictures and already have a tracking number for a new mattress…Very nice quality mattress just didn’t expand as expected. Looking forward to the replacement. Thank you again…
