I know that this will still be asked even though I’m about to answer it, but I’ll answer it anyways.

The associated brand is Future Foam.

Likewise, the firm version has been working for me.

And my obligatory copy/paste from previous sales:

Since EVERY time this mattress comes up the exact same questions are asked, lemme save some of you the search:

and

for starters.

We bought this September 2020 (king, firm) and we love it.

Those who have bought one before, can you expand on why you like it? Compare it to your old mattress. If you have any issues with your back or other sleeping issues how is this good for those issues. Any smell? How long did the smell last? How strong was the smell? Do you stay cool? Compare hot/cool to a traditional mattress. Esp important to me if you sleep hot or live in a hot climate. Any tips or tricks for set up or use? Any other issues or reasons to buy, not buy? Thanks!

Any preference on using on existing box spring or platform?

Our box springs were sagging when we pulled off the old mattress. Didn’t even realize. I got this from the mothership. Light and easy to assemble.

There was no smell that I could discern and I was able to sleep on it the same day (well, night) I opened it. Once I started cutting off the plastic it immediately started expanding. I had absolutely no trouble with it.

I do stay cool and I’m able to sleep in one position a lot longer than I could on a regular mattress. That means less tossing and turning.

I live in Oregon so not really a hot climate but we’ve had a lot of hot days this summer and the bed has been fine to sleep on.

One thing I really like is the mattress is flat, meaning even the corners are flat instead of rounded which gives you more real estate.

One more thing – I don’t use a boxspring under the mattress since my bed frame supports the mattress well without it since it has several metal slats. But the mattress is squishy so not all bed frames can support that.

It seems the smaller the mattress the more dense the foam is. My firm Full size mattress feels a lot more firm than my firm King. Almost like the King size broke in faster. After a couple years of use I’m satisfied for the price paid

I got this back in April, opting for the medium one to replace a pretty old spring mattress. I also have quite a few sleep issues. In no particular order I am a very light sleeper, usually wake up briefly multiple times a night, had (key word) a fair bit of back pain on waking up, move around a lot in my sleep, and the past couple years it seems that I’ve gotten more sensitive to heat and getting restless from it when sleeping, which wasn’t an issue before (yay getting older).

The mattress did not solve all these issues, but it did help a lot with them. The back pain’s gone, I’ll normally wake up 1-3 times overnight compared to a 3-5 average night on the spring mattress (or 5+ on a really bad night) or even occasionally get an uninterrupted night’s sleep which was VERY rare before. I’d not call here particularly hot, but we get warm summers, 85*f+ with ~70% humidity. It doesn’t get up to that indoors or at night, but I sleep comfortably under a light blanket in high 70’s, low 80’s without the ac on with no heat issues.

I’m slightly more sensitive to smell than most, and there was a strong chemical odor on the mattress when I got it. It cleared up within a week and it didn’t interfere with sleeping on it the first night and beyond, but I was glad when it dissipated; and iirc used a bit of febreze to expedite the process.

Overall it was a great buy, I wake up a lot more refreshed and with quite a bit more energy than I did with my old mattress.

I purchased the medium fitness in December 2020. I’m a side sleeper and absolutely hated it. I would sink into the mattress but it wouldn’t actually conform to my body which resulted in a lot of pressure being placed on my hip. I woke up with back pain every day.

I know a lot of people love this mattress, I just want people to know it’s definitely not for everyone.

Not familiar with these memory foam mattresses,so a couple questions
1] will it work with a standard box spring? or will I need a whole new bed.
2] a friend had one, not sure of brand etc, and complained that it was too hot, any thoughts on that subject?
edit i am a FIRM mattress kind of guy, so if the firm isn’t “firm” I wont want it.

thanks

As long as your box spring is in good shape (not warped), it will work fine.

I have this and use a mattress pad and I don’t notice any heat/hot issues.

One thing about firm, you can always always add a memory foam topper if you want it softer.
