Really old. Not enough RAM. Pretty slow.
2012 Mac Mini – the last series with replaceable/upgradable RAM and drives. The latest Apple supported OS is Catalina – 2 versions behind now.

This is being advertised as the 2012 version with model number MD387LLA-A1347!
Which had 2.5 Ghz Dual core processor
The one I received was the 2011 version! Model number MC815LL/A
2.3 Ghz Dual core and many other differences that make a world of a difference!
WOW.
WOOT is falsely advertising and it’s been a good run. But I won’t be doing business again with this company.
Or maybe, just maybe, that it was an honest mistake in the mixup and the wrong machine got shipped? If you haven’t done so already, please contact Customer Support and they will assist you with the matter.
